Delaying Justice is Decaying Justice

Did you know a corporation could place you under house arrest? Aiding and abetting is the Federal Justice System. They have shown a pattern to delay insurance cases that are dangerous to the insurers. We all knew about insurance companies tactics to stall and delay claims. But, how many would guess that the government would aid and abet corporate interests in delaying response to insurance victims pleas.

The DOI can order not to submit evidence against your insurer. We have seen the California DOI take a non-enforcement policy against certain insurers regarding the Northridge Earthquake Disaster and other disasters. The method used is very similar in the way the insurers tactics. They first give the impression that they are acting upon your case then as time goes a no contact basis will occur. In fact, with our case they sent us a letter to cease and desist sending any criminal evidences against our insurer. They stated in no uncertain terms that they are not an enforcement agency. They are a regulatory agency. When contacted by the FBI, I was surprised to find that statement was an untrue statement. And, if it is untrue: Then are they in collusion with our insurers or insurance industry? Does the campaign contributions of over SIX million to the insurance commissioner's campaign reflect a direct conflict of interest to the public?

If a government fails to act on the behalf of the citizens it serves. Does this constitute a grave crime in itself? If so, where can anyone turn to? The corporations own the medias and there is little else to get the word out. There is a growing trend of collusion between our government representatives and criminal corporations. What possible solution is there but to protest and protest loudly? The WTO protests came and gone with very little coverage. However, a five-year-old Cuban boy commands the press every day. Does this not even seem the least bit odd to you? The WTO can void your Constitutional rights if left unchecked. How much do you know about it? Yet, you know everything about the five year old. Some thing is amiss. So at least review insurance victims pleas for justice and write to your representatives for action.

If you have not experience a problem with an insurance company or HMO yet, you probably know of someone who has. Now compare that to how many criminals you know. We are besieged with corporate attacks against the people and no one is even recognizing the crimes. Government mandates by law; you must have insurance. Yet, they do little to enforce these policies when claims occur. The medias are silent. The government is silent. The insurers are certainly silent. And, the only cries you hear are the few victims' pleas for justice. Let us in the courts to plea our cases. Let us have an American Government!
