The most valuable submissions are direct quotes that you can recall and
are ready to state as testimony if asked.
Examples
of ours are:
"Mrs. Morosco, I do not think you are going to meet your deductible.
And, there are many far worst off people than you. . ."
Also, the mere
"technicality" retort, as I already mentioned.
What are your quotations from Allstate?
Do they fit any of the following patterns?
You showed the claim agent the damage, butthe damage was not recorded the damage in the claim reports.
Did Allstate ever accept or deny your claim in writing?
Did Allstate hire un-licensed professionals to document your claim in reports?
Did any reports refer that more tests were required?
Did Allstate follow up with any additional required tests?
Did the claim adjuster infer in any way that engineering reports
and investigations are included as part of your coverage?
... but then failed to pay for those reports?
Did Allstate inquire early if you had a lawyer?
Did an adjuster tell you right off that you probably will not make your deductible?
You, see there are many possible phrases that might illustrate a web of deceit that is designed by a illicit patterns of conduct. It is up to your grey cells
to recall them and post them to us.
Please, do not include your
entire 'disaster' story, just the absolute bare minimum of words to
express Allstate's tactics that reflect their patterns of conduct.
Be sure to use quotation marks for Allstate's exact words, and do not use them
if paraphrasing.
I do not mean to be callous to those who have suffered by requesting brevity,
but there already exists web sites for horror stories.
However, this endeavor is a Nationwide one, and I expect letters and e-mails
from those of you who have had enough of Allstate's crimes and have the
motivation to take immediate action by responding.
